CallMeMikeDexter,Please asked:

With the exception of Allison Krause and maybe a few others, modern country music turns me off completely, particularly Toby Keith, Alan Jackson and Gretchen Wilson (although she is a looker). I guess I have just really like the sounds that guys like Merle Haggard, Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, George Jones and Johnny Cash created or performed. And I love Patsy Cline’s voice and the music in her songs. It seems like Country music these days is radically different, the way that soul music these days is not what it was in the 60′s, 70′s and even early 80′s. Does anyone feel this way? Is there something lacking? Has it gotten watered down? Am I wrong about this? Answers are welcome.

I cannot remember her name, but she was about 14-17 yrs old at the time… she had long blond hair ( she put curls in it i believe ).. she had blue eyes, and perfectly straight white teeth, and kind of looked like a barbie doll.

She sang a song called “She’s got you” ( originally sang by patsy Cline.

Im looking to find her name or anything about her now. She was amazing. I am hoping to find someone who has all of the episodes of star search recorded so i can see the episode, but will settle for any info on her. THANKS!
